I’m going to aim to keep going to Fit Flavors at least twice a week to eat a meal :). Worth the price.
I’m also going to try to eat apples regularly again.
I will ride the exercise bike more often.
Finally, I will up my steps again, gradually—I’ve been in another short slump.
These will be nice. :)

I’m back. It’s the dog-fanatic, art-loving, music-obsessed, newly pescatarian (vegetarian)? user, Laine.
Yesterday I did well until I didn’t, but I definitely tried. Not giving up.
It is so hot over here where I live. Mid 80s by the middle of the day, three days in a row, in April! How is the weather where you are?
I am thinking about giving in and using the AC for hours, and hours, on 71 or something ridiculous, tomorrow so I have the energy to exercise, and work my way up from a slump, to being extremely active, lol. 😂
Better to not get used to this, and give in sometimes, just not all the time, than to not make progress with food/exercise. Saving energy/getting used to this heat can wait.
I won’t be logging my food on this app for now…for a bit, I’m logging it on a different app, and taking pictures of some meals + making posts on FS still.
I just moved, and can’t find a scale. I will have access to a scale in sight, tomorrow, when I go somewhere else. Nervous…still struggling, so…going to step on it, be brave, tomorrow…

Yes!!!
I didn’t expect to maintain…(technically not a loss, other than temporary, I think).
I guess I did slip up but not too badly. No more rapid gaining! Next up, slow loss, 5 lbs at a time.

Simple light dinner.
Almost had the full dinner I had planned, then lost some of my appetite because of the heat and because of sleeping too little…and a rapid increase in steps too, tried too hard to up my steps too fast. So many carbs again, darn. 😂
