I must’ve looked at the numbers wrong yesterday when I weighed. I did walk at our rec-Plex last night, and my husband showed me how to do some of the machines. I am a little sore today, but that could also be because of all the rain—and my back hates rain!

I’ve been stress eating BIG time. We moved our sons from the apartment they got evicted from; our youngest son was accepted into an “Oxford House”, and provided he stays sober he has a place to live and isn’t homeless. We’ve spent the last three days cleaning and repairing their apartment so maybe there’s half a chance we’ll get our $1,000 deposit back, and my back is threatening to go out. Had a fight with my beloved husband Sunday night over our sons... made up later that night, but I still stress-ate in response (hence the last sleeve of Trefoils, the cheese curds, and the chocolate cookie dough/Reese’s peanut butter cup concrete in my diary). So my official weigh in day is Thursday morning, but I thought I should own up to the “damages” so I weighed myself this morning. I can’t believe that I didn’t gain; and I really can’t believe I lost .2, either! I’m also so thankful that it worked out for finding our sons places to live. Now I can breathe—at least until the next crisis, lol! Thanks for listening, dear FS friends! 👍🏻😘

So I made a Keto cheesecake from the Southern Keto cookbook. It was pretty good and my family liked it. Our son took the picture of it (it has chopped pecans in the crust). I just added the photo to my “lunch” today, and used Cheesecake Factory”s entry for the calories. The cookbook listed 315 calories and 3.6 carbs, but my piece was larger than the 1/16 serving size the cookbook quoted. I don’t know if the photo posted or not, and I don’t know how to add these comments to the photo. So here’s to hoping both “post”! 💐🐰
