Sunday - 1.30.22
No breakfast or lunch today. I did not have coffee today either because I only drink coffee at work. For dinner I made vegetarian chili. I took my time and and perused the various recipes and decided on two. I combined the two recipes and tweaked them according to my taste. One of the major changes I made was to add BOCA crumbles to mine because I am a MAJOR meat eater and a true CARNIVORE. I also added a can of green chilis for extra spice. It was REALLY good!!! I highly recommend the BOCA crumbles for stews, chilis, spaghetti, etc. Anywhere meat is usually used.
I was also able to get down 1 liter of water but I'm determined to raise it to 2. I'll keep at it.
My only exercise today was to walk with my 15 1/2 year old, blind, 14 pound dog. Because he is blind, I carry him in a front loader backpack. That adds 14 more pounds to my walk and it adds to the challenge. It also allows for further bonding with my "fur baby".

Good day all. Because it's Saturday, I slept in awhile so I got a late start. I don't drink coffee on the weekends (It seems to be my WORK thing), but I did have a banana for breakfast. For dinner I steamed a dungeness crab and I had my 7-11 chicken bacon salad. I also drank 1 liter of water. (Gotta drink more water.)
For exercise I only walked a short time (30 minutes) and I did not do any leg lifts or leg extensions. Felt tired. (Gotta do better with exercising.)

Started out late today. No coffee, Splenda or creamer but I did have my usual banana. I'll have a 7-11 BLT salad with chicken and bacon for lunch and a black bean burger on a toasted wheat bun for dinner. I'm also having an Everfresh cranberry juice and have drank about 1 liter of water thus far. Will try to drink more water.
Today's exercises will consist of leg lifts, leg extensions, a short walk and dancing!! There is a social gathering tonight that will have a DJ and LOT's of dancing!! I have to be mindful to not drink any alcohol and eat no food after 8pm. (The alcohol has too much sugar and eating late gives me indigestion.)
There was also a going-away party for a co-worker and of course there were LOTS of "no-no" foods. (fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, chips, dips, cup cakes, sweet teas and sodas.) They did however, have a mini veggie tray with carrots and celery but I didn't have any because it was picked over by the time I got to it. (I have been known to be a germaphobe)

I ended up not having my BLT salad and due to the weather, the social gathering was canceled so no dancing for me!!! :(

Day 4 and still okay. Had my usual coffee, Splenda and cream and a banana. No lunch today. I'll have a 7-11 Caesar salad, water and maybe another banana. I'm full right now. We'll see.
Still doing the 2 exercises from the days before. Not sore yet. I may be doing the exercises wrong. If I'm doing them correctly, I may need to increase the reps and amount of exercise time. I'll figure it out.
Oh. I also have a new doo. Whatcha' think?

Day 3 and all is well. I don't generally eat breakfast but I have been eating a piece of fruit (mainly bananas) for breakfast and I drink a 20 oz. cup of coffee with Splenda and hazelnut coffee creamer. For lunch I have a small salad. This seems to sustain me and I don't eat dinner. I also don't eat after 8pm.
For exercise I do 100 leg extensions while sitting at work and 20 leg lifts once I'm home lying in bed watching TV. My plan is to incorporate another exercise to add to my current two. (This will be done at the beginning of the up-coming week.) I have never been a "gym rat" and do not like the gym (although I have a membership). My problem is, I don't like to sweat!! I find that water aerobics is very beneficial for me. I have yet to find a water aerobics class but I am diligently seeking.
The best is yet to come!!!!!!!!!!!
