Married in 2011 at 59kgs, hence my goal weight is 57kgs.
My body has changed from having 2 kids, so I feel I need to get to 57kgs so I can fluctuate between 57-59kgs and maintain.

Slowly put on weight and struggled to have my first kid, got to approx 65kgs.
Fell pregnant and gained 15kgs > 80kgs.
After birth and breastfeeding I was at about 73kgs.
I tried the Paleo diet challenge and lost 8kgs > 65kgs.
Once I hit 65kgs I felt great but paleo lifestyle is not something I can do forever, so I started back to binging on burgers etc.
Slowly put the weight back on and fell pregnant with my second kid and gained weight to about 85kgs.
After birth and breastfeeding I was at about 75kgs.

So no more kids on the cards for us, it's time for me to get myself back.
Tried a bit of dieting but could not get my head right to keep focused.

Needed to find a lifestyle change that I could STICK TO!

Started my final journey on January 23, 2018 and was hoping to have lost my weight by Easter.
No such luck, a few good days (felt like hell) here and there but not enough commitment.

April 3, 2018 - my new challenge - Goal weight by 29th June 2018 (3 months)
Joined a new ladies gym and drew up a schedule.
Moderate exercise class each day, packing some lunch and watching my portions.
Keeping away from binging on fizzy drinks and treats and takeaways.....

November, 2018 - Attempted BFIT, My Fitness Pal.

June, 2018 - Lara whatsapp group - EAT MORE YUM FOOD. Focus on healthy eating.
Best weight achieved at 69.5kg.

July 3, 2019 - my new challenge - Mini Goal by 14 September 2019 (2 months)
September 2019. 5 years of Fat era ENDS.....
Bryden was born on 14 Sep 2014...
I was around 85kg....
Now around 72kg....
July.Aug.Sep... Lose 5kg plus 💪
Only eat treat or processed carbs..... if already had a Run that day.
Running is my aim.
Bed by 9.30. Meal prep, bags packed, running clothes ready - at night. Wake up at 5.30. Coffee/Tea. Run.
