Morning all, I hope that you had a great weekend. Today is all about research for me. I had planned on going to the gym to try out my new shoes, but once I looked outside, and saw that it was raining, I decided to just stay home relax, and do research on this furniture.
I just wanted to tell you all that, I believe that I am in a much better place now, then when I first joined this site. I consciously make better food choices (for the most part), and I am much more aware of the things I put into my body, and how much. IDK, just felt like I had to tell you all that. Please don't get me wrong I am still learning, and I have no plans to go anywhere, because IMO, you all are the best thing for me, and my success. Thank You all so very much, for just being you, and for calling me out on my s*** sometimes, when I eat things I shouldn't. Most of all Thank You for your continuous support and strength.
