Well I think I pretty much have to follow the Atkins diet simply because of the carbs issue. Until this allergy to pretty much anything with flour or gluten was known, diet choices were easy. Now I pretty much have to substitute carbs and find good alternatives that don't seem like a chore to make. Call me lazy but making to separate suppers is too much in my eyes. The family is supportive though and although the clothes are fitting better, I do tend to worry about them getting tight again.
