"So far so good. I'm trying to stay around 1500 cal and limit carbs to as lil as possible. Anyone have a substitute for wheat bread to make a sandwich? I like my egg, sausage and cheese breakfast but not the carbs in the bread, lol. I'm kinda "on the go" in the mornings and a sit down plate of food really isn't an option at this point. Thanks for your suggestions and support!"

check out the recipe for oopsie rolls. I've heard awesome things about them and they're versatile.

Not pushing a brand, but for example "Flatout" flatbread which is about as big as a dinner plate (if not a little bit longer) has 90 calories and 14g of carbs [minus 8g for the fiber] so net carbs @ 6g. just an example.

ThinSlim foods has super-low-carb breads that are pretty good. 1g net carb per slice. You can get them through Netrition.com

The ThinSlim bread is called "Love the Taste", and they have bagels, too! Hamburger and hot dog buns, too.
