Half of me says 'give up and take a month off'. the other half says that the moment I stop tracking I'll lose a kilo.

so I continue to track.

Saturday here, beautiful day, I will get my laundry on the line and then go visit my sisters. The little one is over from aussie, staying with the big one. I love my fam. Plus we have to figure out what to do with Mum on Sunday. My handsome young man what I created (he's 28 oh my gosh I'm the mother of a six foot 28 yr old) is taking me out for a keto brunch in the morning with his beautiful redheaded wife-to-be and my blue haired daughter. It's always amazing seeing them in a room together as the vibrant colours balance but compete.

Lovely weather, lovely world. Lovely people everywhere. Feeling the joy of it lately.

Silly thought but if you added a white haired person you would have the colors of the American flag!😂. Isn’t being with family just the very best thing in the universe to do…well for those who have lovely families that is. DONT GIVE UP SIS!!!! You are making great headway😘

oh my gosh you're so right! Who can I talk into getting their hair turned completely white? I'd put my hand up but I've done it before and super curly just dies with strong bleaching. The ex husband's going grey, maybe I can wait for him to go totally white. thanks for your encouragement. :)
