I need to ask the doctor if I can get back on Atkins. I'm so disgusted with my weight gain. Still trying to get my meds straightened out. The doctor just didn't want me putting any extra stress on my body at this time. Hopefully he will see how much I've gained and recommend I go back to losing weight again. Lately, I've just tried to live moment by moment and not plan to much. I have racing thoughts and can't seem to shut down my head. Then I'm exhausted. I miss the days of being my normal. Will I ever get there again? I don't know. God has never failed me before and I have to believe that He is working in my life right now too, even when I can't see it. Sending Love and Hugs to All.

Cindy, you will most certainly get there again. Stay in touch w/ this Dr. and let him know how you are feeling. God is totally in control, and will pull it all back together once again for you as soon as it is what is best for you. In the meantime, you need to do what is BEST for your whole body, and if that is to eliminate stress in your body, than have a hershey's kiss for me, girl :))) You'll be back in the losing weight mode again very soon. Cindy, I am so sorry you are going through all of this. I understand your health vs. your weight, it is a struggle but you can manage it. Have you tried meditation or something similar to slow your mind? Maybe that would help. I am thinking of you and hoping you are well, mind, body, and spirit.

Oh my dear sis...so sorry that it is such a struggle to get the medications regulated. I know how hard it must be for you after all the hard work you did to lose the weight, but right now you need to do what the doc says. We both know that God is with you...He won't take you to it, if He can't get you through it...so hang in there and know I am still praying for you. Love ya, sis! HUGS!

Cindy, my heart goes out to you.. I mean that sincerely after having gone through some of the most intense mental distress myself. Please know that GOD has not foresaken you, he is there. You WILL get through this I PROMISE you. (HUGS) big time...

Cindy, sorry things aren't going good now, but keep the faith and give God the glory in all you do.He never puts more on us than we can bare, just when you tink you can go no farther, you will have you break through.
