Happy Lord's Day everbody!
Today is a day to reflect and see where I am going on this journey. I not only want to change on the outside but on the inside as well. Lord help me to change my mind, heart, body, spirit and soul. A recent challenge that I joined has me journaling some of my thoughts and goals. I was the kid that got a diary and only wrote one or two entries and then never wrote in it again. So, this is a challenge for me some days. Journaling is a good way to look back and see what things shaped our decisions and how we were feeling. Lord, please help me to do things that only please you. Let me be a blessing.

Cindy, some days I get 'lost' in my thoughts about what to write in my own personal journal. On those days, I start the journal as a letter to my Dad (God) - and then I just write, and write and write, about whatever is on my heart. When I go back months or years ago and look at those, I can see the hurts, the challenges, the victories,..I can see it all, because ineviteably it all spills out in my letter to Him. So glad you are enjoying your weekend! Me too!! Be blessed my friend! Much Love.

You are rockin' the challenge, I just checked your stats...dang! I find the journaling so theraputic and then there are other days when I really don't have much to say. Hope you and Cliff had a blessed day!
