I'm going to try and stop eating carbs for a week. This seems like a long time to me, but I'd like to tone up; and the hubby says in order to do that, I should lay off carbs for a little while. I'm Asian. I eat white rice everyday. This is going to be tough for me. lol Wish me luck, 'cause I'm going to need it!

MORNING WORKOUT:
1. Treadmill (Burned: 268 calories & 83.8 fat cals)
2. Pushups (1 set of 20)

FOOD INTAKE:
Breakfast: Choco-Peanut-Butter Visalus Shake (not sure if the peanut butter in this is helping or hindering me. Guess I'll find out soon enough.)
Lunch: Sinigang na Baboy
Dinner: Sinigang na Baboy ....screwed it up! Couldn't help myself, and now I will pay. :( I'm uncomfortably full, and the continuous weight loss will stop again. Ugh! So mad at myself right now!
Snack:

EVENING WORKOUT:
1. Treadmill (Burned 439 calories & 137 fat cals) for 44 minutes.....serious sweating again. I like it!!! Unfortunately, since I screwed up my food inake....I'm pretty sure it's not going to matter. :( I really don't want to be upset tomorrow, but that's what I get for binging. *sigh*
2. 5 Minute Arms (video)
3. Standing Bicep Curls w/ (2) 5lb. dumbells...2 x 15
4. Crunches 2 x 25
5. Ab Rolls/Leg Lifts 2 x 10

I am asian too and I definitely know how hard it is to cut carbs especially when you eat rice everyday. It is so hard to lose the baby weight. I guess I am going to have to face the facts and admit it isn't baby weight but plain old fat since my youngest is now 5. Best of luck!

lol! Yeah, I definitely can't use my children as an excuse anymore. My oldest is 5 and my youngest will be 3...so, um...yeah. LOL Losing the weight is hard, but KEEPING IT OFF is harder. Grrrrr! Best of luck to you too! Thanks for writing!
