Spend 4 days at home off sick, drank a lot, ate very little, move even less, felt constipated at some point and still managed a decent drop.

Well I would rather do it the right way.
Just hoping to get well enough to be back to work on Monday.

Cooler day today, but we're still waiting for rain that lasts longer than 2 minutes..

glad your better. I had chest infection before Easter and lost nearly 10lb in 4 days. bad for the body but helped weight loss. keep it up, you are doing amazing
