Does something seem wrong with this picture? Is something wrong with me? I went home yesterday and did my 30 min workout and ate so good yesterday. Low sodium no atkins bars or shakes ate lo carb and still gained 6 ounces what is up with that? I am on my wits end. WHat should I do?

I saw a journal entry that someone wrote trying to leave soda alone because of sodium that is great but if you need a little pick me up I have an awesome solution Diet Cheerwine is sodium, calories, carb, sugar free and it is great.

Well another pound up! I know why though thanks to lapug and ctlss. You guys are really big helps. I am dissapointed in gaining 2lbs over the weekend but now I know what I have been doing wrong and all along I have been thinking that the atkins bars were good for you. :( Well I got up this morning and had whole foods!!! I had to get up a little earlier to cook eggs and bacon but it will be worth it.

Wow I am certainly stunned from the info you guys have told me. Maybe my big weight loss from july and august came because I didnt eat the bars when I had my daughter it was completely different I ate eggs and sausage in the morning and chicken breast or fish and salad or greenbeans for lunch and some meat for dinner with 2 greens and I swear the weight just poured off. I have been living on bars it seems like. Ok I have another question what about the shakes does the same go for shakes???
Does the atkins shakes have the same sugar alcohols as the atkins bars? Do I need to leave them both alone or what please help???? Oh yea everybody who loves soda but knows they are filled with sodium Diet Cheerwine no calories, no carbs, no sodium woo hoo

Hey everyne another pound up??? WHY???? I am just so confused and need some advice maybe someone can help. Since I do work such long hours usually in the morning I get up and have coffee and a atkins bar (phase 1 of course) and a MIM if I am having bowel problems. Then for lunch something locarb and for dinner if too late another bar then to bed. Is it possible to eat to many bars? I have read 2 atkins books cover to cover and know all the basics and page to page of induction. I do not cheat and have been doin really good with exercise. I can't seem to get past 217 can anyone help me? Could I be doing anything wrong??? I have really fell into a phase of depression can anyone suggest to meanything? Shoudl I eat eggs and bacon in the mornings instead of the bars? SHould I just eat a bar for snack? HELP HELP HELP
