Ok so I gained a pound this morning a little dissapointed but its ok I didnt get to walk yesterday because of the rain and I did eat a little later than usual so maybe that had something to do with it but I have realized I have been thru alot and I am strong and will pull thru nothing is going to discourage me.

Doing better and learning to coupe a little better with all these terrible circumstances that have been surrounding me so I pray I get thru this and finally beat this bulge

Hello friends it sure has been a while. Well the last time I was up here I told mentioned that I lost my grandfather. That was a very hardtime for me and mostly on my mama. I had completely gotten off my diet. I guess I am in need of more help than I thought because I still find food a comfort. I had guest and family bringing me and my family dinner every night for 2 1/2 weeks and the foods were endless, Homemade chicken pot pie, peach and blueberry cobbler, Fried chicken, mashed potatos, Collards and the list goes on. I am now ready to get back on track. I also faced another trial I got laid of from my job last friday so that means no income and the holidays are coming up and it sure is going to take a toll on us. I am praying we get thru this I am also praying I can keep following the path of lo-carb and do a good job at it and finally get below 200. I hope you guys are still here to be my support thru all this suffering I have been thru I need some good news.

I haven't written nor weighed in in 3 or 4 days. I have devoured food and befor eyou go into thinking I knew it let me say this. My grandfather passed away on sunday morning and I just turn to my biggest comfort FOOD!!! I do not know what else to do my heart is broken and worse my moms going thru agony I am trying to get back on track today but I do not know how long it's goint o take me to recover.

Well no loss today but I am feeling alot better about myself now. I worked out last night on my zumba video and I really broke a sweat! I am waiting to hit 200 and start a more extreme type of workout I guess. I am feeling a little low on veggies tho but I am trying to push them in my diet. SO GOOD for me yay
