Not doing an official weighin but have to 'fess that I've gained a bit over the week.
Not doing real bad on diet, either. Not perfect but not way over on RDI or CARBS.
Thought I'd show more LB loss. Oh well, have shown good BG numbers. Lower than last 2 yrs. With me, the BG is most important with LB just frosting on the cake LOL.

Watching things very close. Just got under the wire for RDI, Over on Carbs further than I would like. Tough to change habits and tastes that have had over 70 years to drill into you. Still want to see if <30G of carbs is the route to putting the bi D into remission. Stay for the long path to truth! This time. Not my first shot at very low C.
Unable to hold out long enough to see real results while all of my medical contacts were pushing ADA carb consumption levels. If this is the TRUTH, wish I had given into it 13 years ago...$%#(%$

Another challenging day. Did ok on RDI but completely failed on carbs.
Did restart exercises.
Should have fasted instead of the restaurant lunch with breaded fried cod, peas and cake!!! Just one meal can explode a day!!!
Tomorrow is try-try-again. It's just the rest of life!

Today was challenging but I only did 10% over RDI. 10G hi on carbs, as well.
Felt, early in day, that I was on track for a better day than this. Mean to do a lot better tomorrow. LCHF WOE is starting to sink in and I believe I can use it to get meaningful progress with weight and BG numbers.
Back is better and I plan to restart exercise tomorrow morning.

LB loss is agonizing, but BG #s are noticeably trending downward. BP is stabilizing
at lower readings. All good but wish LBs could drop quicker. Still not close to being able to cut any meds. LCHF seems to be working
Being religious on food journal which seems to help focus on WOE. Almost to point of OCD. Waiting for back to recover before exercising.
Weather has been winter dreary, maybe contributing to Keto=blues?
