Ok, here we go...just ate my last dinner...Seven day fat fast begins. Ending Next Sunday, the 13th of May. Already feeling the keto-bloat, back pain, so ketones are rising. Dunno how much I'll lose, but I'm about to find out. I'll weigh in on Sunday.
Extended Fast protocols..3 days minimum (72 hours or longer) 7 days Max.
1. Drink water with pink salt in it (or mineral water) along with suppliments. As soon as you wake.
2. Wait two to three hours, after waking, before drinking any caloric or caffinated drink.
3. Drink the Keto buttered coffee when hungry, No more than four to six measured cups a day, coffee is natural appoteitet suppressant and put you into ketosis faster.
use decaf to avoid too much caffine or caffine intolerance. DO NOT DEPEND ON DECAF INSTEAD OF WATER.
4. Drink as much water you want. Don't over do it though, since it washed Ketones and minerals out of the body. NO SWEETENERS!
LEMON or LIME juice ONLY with One to Two Tablesppons of BRAGG apple cider vinegar (actually quite tasty with ice). Mineral Water is acceptable
to use as well (I personally just don't care for the taste of mineral water).
5. workouts are to be done only in the fasted state. wait an hour or more after drinking keto coffee before working out.
6. If experienceing cramps or fatigue. Use Potassium and magisium suppliments or "no salt" diabetic salt subisitute (100% potassium).
***Breaking the fast***
7. At the end of fast, DO NOT JUST START EATING ANYTHING. Instead, on day one: follow protocols 1-6 as usual.
8. Along with keto coffee. eat a Small avoccado w/ lemon juice for breakfast (for a small amount of carb, good fats, and fiber).
of hard foods effortlessly. Also eat ONE avocado at lunch and dinner with lemon juice.
8. By Dinner, along with the avocado, eat 1-2 eggs (however you like prepared) with a small amount of coconut or olive oil.
9. Day two of breaking the fast, same as yesterday but add one cup (one fist) of spinach or kale with avocado and eggs.
10. By day three should be able to eat normally. DO NOT eat an excessive amount of carbs on day three. No more than 20-30g net carbs for next to to three days.
Otherwise will cause an insulin spike, water and weight gain.

I've stalled right at 246-250, been about a week, maybe two..Supposedly, this is normal. However, I'm going to attempt a 7 day 'fat fast' starting Monday. Consisting only of the Buttered Keto coffee, with MCT oil once or twice a day. Along with apple cider vinegar w/ lemon (ad a wee bit of Pink salt) the rest of the day. Hopefully, this will push me into deep Ketosis. Also, will start a three day workout routine , mostly bodyweight and kettle bell exercises.
Sometime next by the end of the month, I'll do a five day Dry fast again. My goal is to lose around 20-30lbs by the end of the month (moon shot). So I can get back on schedule.

Official weigh in at 249 lbs fully clothed with shoes (at doc)..around 244-46 on bathroom scale. I finally can use my bathroom scale WITHOUT PEGGING IT FLAT, after 5 years! I'm finally registering on a regular home scale..Big mile stone for me. Lost between 11-14lbs in just a few weeks..I love this diet. I'm not even trying that hard besides some intermittent fasting, KETO-OMAD. Wait till I put the hammer down when I start doing fasted cardio and resistance training.
