Well, got the food side down! Not really missing junk or sweets, and typically making good decisions on what/how much to eat - low intake days are not forced, just not that hungry - still have the mid afternoon hungry on shake days, but outside of that, feeling ok. Actually went grocery shopping yesterday and bought some things to cook, so I will play around with some of the recipies I've seen online, as well as create my own - Chicken with Couscous anyone?
Started taking a multivitamin yesterday, hoping that helps me pick up the energy to exercise, because right now I am just not feeling the motivation to do anything. Wish there was an activity listing for "video games"...
Jeans definitely feeling looser and already closer to moving the belt another notch - size 36/32 jeans are probably just around the corner - What am I gonna do with all these 38's and 40's!

wife commented how much smaller I look this past weekend (she hadn't seen me in 2 weeks) - I don't really notice it - pants seem to fit a little looser - need to start exercising, although weight loss seems to be healthy range - 3-4lbs a week....
Getting into to my proverbial "dead" zone - 215-225lbs... This is where I have always gotten in the past through the years... This time will be different...

Another weekend out of town, so tough to keep things together, but managed to minimize the damage. If I were to guess, I was under 2000 cal every day, and pretty good for the most part, except the wife wanted chicken parm on saturday - 1/2 portion and it filled me! Still plugging along, hope to begin exercising tonight - the 3-4 lbs a week while healthy isn't enough result for me..

Have been sick since Thursday (strep) so not exactly following to the T, but kept my intake under 2000, and closer to 1600 for the most part - had progresso soup, so the sodium intake was higher than I'd like..
Really didn't eat too bad - Only Whole wheat bread sandwiches with turkey or roast - calories were under 400, combined with the soup kept me under 1600 for Friday, probably there or abouts Saturday, and there as well sunday... No exercise outside of video games and lying on the couch... Only drank water, crystal light green tea or coffee w/ skim milk..

Ok, a week in, major hunger pain yesterday afternoon, which is making me rethink my meal strategy - going to change it up today and do the shake for dinner instead and eat my main calorie meal for lunch..
Still have headache for past 2 days, but think its more allergy related - it's that time of season in the Southeast... I've reset my RDI to 1500cal to see if maybe that helps - I had a few days under 1000 and maybe that was the residual effects
