Tired this morning, didn't sleep very early even though I was tired. Body wouldn't quiet down. So far I feel pretty good, just sleepy. I'll try to push thru and not nap today then go to bed early. Maybe push out for a walk today depending on how I feel.
Today we have a plan: food prepped, coffee purchased and a goal of accomplishments to work on. Start of the 2nd week at work and expecting good things. Hoping tomorrow for a nice big drop. Made fat bombs last night but probably need to be choosy with them. Tasted pretty good though, like cheesecake. 1.3 net carbs each (used up the cheap cream cheese) but next round with Philly will be .66 net carbs.
Look for your wins today. They may be small and hiding but they're there. Have a great day buddies! But first, coffee...

Down is down. I pre-ate before the party last night and then found out I hadn't needed to. There were options I wasn't aware of. Nice night with the family for little one's bday and I said no to the cake and ice cream. Watching the kids (mostly adult kids) play the Dance Party was fun. She got everything on her list from what it sounded like. Probably plus some...
Today I'm excited to grocery shop lol. I wiped myself almost out of options. Shop then meal prep for the week, laundry and go for a walk. I'm going to play a game with myself to see how much I can get done today.

Keep it going...So how weird is it that yesterday I was craving (and was out of) broccoli. Ended up with lots of bacon and a cream cheese keto toast for dinner but it satisfied all night.
Have to fast until 1pm for bloodwork and then birthday dinner with granddaughter this evening. Need to go get a card and wrapping paper. Hope she likes the crochet stuff since we had talked about it Thursday and she seemed excited by the idea. She's turning 8 today. It goes fast (for us, not her lol).
So will make chicken after I get back from labs to tide me over and then hope I have things to choose from at the dinner tonight. Maybe I'll eat a bigger meal before I go lol. They're having breakfast for dinner so the only thing I heard I can have so far is cheesy eggs. No waffles, pancakes, etc. for me today.

14's arrived and FIT. Granted they're stretchy-ish but they are ON and I can BREATHE.

New number to look at! :) I was getting annoyed with 185 hanging on so long, bouncing. Ate unexpectedly with family last night and what was supposed to be a 630 dinner ended up being 8pm. My normal eat time is 430 so I was almost not hungry by the time it was ready. Chicken and salad are what I chose from the offerings and said no to those things that don't serve me well so that's a win. Taught the granddaughter to knit but it's as hard as I remember lol. She doesn't know it but I bought her crochet hooks and a how to book for her birthday Sat. I'LL be really glad when I can teach her that instead. We kept dropping stitches all over the place lol.
Eggs and bacon today, maybe an omelet or cheesy eggs. I need to shop tomorrow for more veggies but I have peppers in the freezer and some cauliflower rice. Maybe chicken/rice/peppers for dinner. I do better with a heavier meal so I don't "want."
Allowing 3 coffees today (on #2) so hopefully that translates into lots of work. Enjoy your day buddies! But first, coffee...
