My daughter is all moved in.
Unfortunately, my ride home was not fun. My other daughter had been drinking plus had a trailer hitched to the back of her truck. She was weaving back and forth the whole trip home and I felt like we were going to go off the road any moment into a ditch! When I asked if she was ok, she snapped "yeah, why?" I said "well because you are driving all the way over to the side of the road!" She said "well, I also have a TRAILER on the back of my vehicle. you need to consider that!"
Well, I'm alive to tell the story at least, YIKES. Do NOT DRINK AND DRIVE, PLEASE! She was my only way home or I would never have agreed to ride home with her in that state! GRRR
Was a busy day with hours shopping, packing and unpacking. Ready to sleep now!

Today is the day before we move my youngest daughter out to Iowa for college and her new home. I am so sad but happy for her at the same time. I am super close to her so this is really really hard!
I did ok with my eating today and took a break from exercising feverishly like I was doing. I tend to stick with my workouts if I take breaks once or twice a week.
Tomorrow I will have a busy day saying bye to my girl but thank God for the internet and phones. We will be able to talk on camera and stay in touch that way. I will be able to visit her an hour and a half away as long as the car holds up too!
That's all for now. Still basically at same weight but dropped inches in measurements.

Hi everyone! This journey has been really good but also very tedious since I also record my foods on MyFitness Pal.
I'm doing better and better each day and seeing results! It's so nice actually liking what I see in mirrors, store windows, etc.

Today is my eldest daughter's birthday and i have been thinking...I'm going to be 52 years old and I can do more than many people my age can do. I'm so thankful for my weight loss, belly dancing, being able to work out, etc.
I am still increasing my fiber but also working on balancing it out with enough things to bind me. Stools can become too soft if fiber is upped too much too soon. I'm trying to find the balance.
