I'm 44yrs old today but I feel like I'm in my early 30's so I guess that's a plus. Haven't been able to weigh myself in a while but I'm going to get on the scales at work. I've been doing ok eating and I've been exercising again. I'm proud of myself for not stress eating because I have a ton of stress right now. I don't think I've ever been this stressed. But it's ok because I have broad shoulders. Hope everyone has a great and healthy day!!

First and foremost a very Happy Birthday to you sweetie and I hope its an exciting one. As far as the stress goesand I hope you have an outlet like exercise or some sort of meditation that may help release that stress from you...I think it is also the main reason for many illnesses...I'm 58 and at times I'm 2 lol....I will pray that your stress will disappear from you and you will have a peaceful and glorious spring xoxo;)
