I feel so great today! I just started the You: On A Diet, and it has been going great so far. I am not starving and I really love all the reciepes. I already feel a change in my energy level and how good I feel. I am about to start my first workout with my EA Active for the Wii. Today is looking to be a fantastic day!

I also went out to eat for the first time on the diet, and did really well considering it was at Red Robin. They helped by letting me change the BLTA, I got to put it in a wrap, and took off the bacon. It was great, and the calories were not astronomical :)

I can't wait to continue my journey!

Good for you!!! I am using the You: On a Diet as well. I have made a few alterations to some meals until I get to the store again. I had already purged my kitchen and gone to the store once, but it's been freezing here so I didn't go to the store again today. I ate a can of Progresso Chicken Tuscany soup that seems to meet the requirements of Dr. Oz, but I could'nt find it on the food list here. I walked for 35 minutes. I hope your Wii workout was great. Makes me wish I'd gotten the Wii instead of the Xbox 360!!

The Wii is great, and I know what you mean. It took me forever at the store the first time i went to get everything! It's definitely a lifestyle change. It's freezing here as well...schools are cancelling and we are getting a blizzard tomorrow. I have to get to the store tomorrow before it hits. I am definitely hating on the midwest right now!
