so I thought after losing a good amount of weight and on my 5th month exercising, that my legs would look better. unfortunately, my front inner thighs are embarrassing to wear shorts. I will look for free videos or exercises that i can do to help the cellulite. if any one has any suggestions please let me know. thank you

Walking lunges too and side squats :-) try them w weights to gradually.

Agree with HCB and Mistybenner. In addition...although not diet or exercise...dry brushing can also help. :)

Dry brushing and coffee grounds. Sometimes weight loss makes it more visible. I have developed a tiny bit on my backside, but it isn't so visible.

I heard dry brushing doesn't really work, that exercise supposed to. I don't know much about dry brushing

I had to look up dry brushing instructions when I first tried it. It has worked for me..not as a substitute for exercise but in addition to.

I also know people with great legs who have never done a squat in their life.

Nothing is going to take it completely away. Exercise, dry brushing, creams, etc. help with the appearance of it. I do squats and I have it still on my backside.........a small amount that isn't so visible. Just google "inner thigh cellulite workout" and see what pops up. I don't have it on my inner thighs.

Hmm, leg cellulite can certainly get better and for some folks even disappear with enough time, fat loss and consistant exercise....as long as you are young enough that your skin will rebound (and you are). Targeted exercise helps,, but really your total body fat % will have a bigger impact on how those exercised legs (and abs) look. Don't be disappointed though, you've come a long ways already and the longer you are at your goal weight while losing fat and keeping lean body weight, the better you will look and feel. Good luck and persevere, take some photos every month and you can track any changes much easier.

Squats are the best exercise for legs. But you got to do free weights and increase it gradually.

One important thing to keep in mind is that it is going to take time! Some articles I have read say it can be 6 months to a year for the skin to "re-adjust" to your new size, so have patience. In the meantime, of course, continue to work toward your goal weight, exercise, and stay positive! You are doing great!!!

Wow I'm so amazed with everyone comments! I feel more encourage now. Thank you all so so much! I do squats all the time in my workouts, and far as age im 37,and soon to be 38 in October. I hope ok m still young enough to reduce more of cellulite. I'm not expecting it all go away, but my one area I want to look better.
