I'm a former heavy meth & cocaine user in the '80's & a current senior who knows better than to smoke while being 100 pounds overweight. Every day I fight for the resolve to change so I can be around to see my granddaughter blossom to a young woman. Coming across your post makes me realize it can be DONE!!
I don't know you; but, I am very proud of you! I know how difficult your battle was & even more difficult to keep yourself from gaining back your weight or backsliding into addiction! Many Blessings to you!

Thank you so much. I found this app & thought "what a handy way to track calories." I have subsequently realized it is far more - the "Communities" category is truly helpful for feedback and support. I need this because I have a beautiful, 80-year-old mother who, while very supportive of my weight loss, was raised & has always practised to celebrate, cure problems, show support, & and express her undying love for my now deceased father & four siblings WITH FOOD & MORE FOOD. I have found my three brothers to be not very interested in anything weight-related. My brothers are all thin. My sister who is maybe 100 pounds sopping wet is jealous for whatever reason of any.of my accomplishments.
Thus, this little app is quite powerful for me. Thanks again for your support & BLESSED BE TO YOU.
