Ok so im slowly losing. i was stuck at 165 , now im stuck at 160. i been having back problems since dec. i started exercising last week. i did three day 30 minutes. i didnt exercise this week however. back pain is worse. im doing the exercises therapist has me doing. also yesterday dr taped my back so i dont bend and keep upper part of back straight. it cannot come off till saturday. i have to squat to get things. its frustrating. i have messy children and im always picking up. so now i have to adjust. idk if this is even going to help. therapist doesnt even know whats exactly wrong. xray showed nothing. therapist said mri wont either.
all i know is that my daughter dropped her heavy tablet on my spine while laying in bed few days befrore christmas. the pain has gotten better since then but is still there just not as severe. im frustrated, i wanna exercise because i know that will help boost my weight loss. im not alloud to do any abdominal exercises either for now. kinda feel little hopeless this week.

Hey, all that squating will count for something, but make sure you squat correctly so you won't hurt your knees. The lower the better! Hope you get some answers soon :)
