This journal is to say thank you. Thanks to you, even though I've had a stressful week at my job, I've been eating well and exercising.
And now I have a reward. This morning I'm wearing a blouse that was too tight last month. I love this blouse, bought it too small on purpose hoping that someday I'd be able to wear it and today is that day!
Again - every time something happens like this I have to thank you guys. Your support is making all the difference.

Hooray! What a great feeling and sense of accomplishment! Good for you. I keep a little pile of clothes at the end of my ironing board - you know, those things that I just WANT to be able to wear. I try them on every two weeks. It's a great feeling when suddenly one of them fits. I hope that everytime you look down and see that blouse on you today that you feel great!
