I may not be around much longer for a while. I received a fatal hard drive error message last night on my laptop. The tech I talked to this morning said that I could continue to use the computer until the hard drive went completely out, but I am not sure if I want to let it get that far. It may just be bad sectors and using it may make things worse. So, if you don't see me around for about 3 weeks, this would be why. Have to wait til I have money to get it fixed and that won't be until mid-November. There go my plans to do NaNoWriMo *sighs*

Sorry! I have faith that you will still stay on your program - log food on paper to help staying accountable? The next time you visit you will have a big loss! Good luck buddy

Oh gah what a pain! Maybe write down the macros for a few favorite meals? Good thing you got experience and education as a back up ;))

My hubby owns a computer hardware/software consulting and repair shop. He would highly recommend backing up your info and replacing the hard drive as soon as you can. Good Luck!

Get a solid state drive (NewEgg.com, but transfer cable will be separate) with a transfer cable (if possible), before you lose all your data. You will LOVE the enhanced speed the SSD gives you, and with no moving parts, their life expectancy is really excellent. Good luck, and stick to your program! :-)

I have an old vista that I need to reload the OS on. It's dogging like crazy. Hope you get it sorted out soon. NaNoWriMo. Right! I should do that.
