Recently, my grown daughter has embarked on her own fitness journey and I find myself being drawn back to this community where I was once so successful. Not gonna lie...I'm back to almost 160#. I feel like a slug 🐌 But I come to you anyway. There are some incredibly brave, strong, funny, determined, focused, compassionate folks here. There are 'friends' here🌺 and I miss our interactions. I'm so stinkin tired of feeling defeated, tired, & ugly. Time to pull up my big-girl granny panties and attempt to start again. Can't promise to implement ALL the "tools" I once wielded, but I can at least open the dust-covered toolbox lid and see which ones I can actually use right now. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
