Transformation Tuesday! In Feb. 2014 I started out at 280 pounds. And on April 20, 2015 with a lot of very hard work and determination I reach my goal of 150...actually I am at 144.2! Don't ever give up. If I can reach my goal than so can y'all!

I love my hair wouldn't even dream of cutting it or dying it. As far as the diet plan. I just try to eat healthy (notice I said try, I'm not perfect), I exercise almost every day, in fact I'm about to head to the gym for 45 minutes of Zumba. I drink a LOT of water, and I try to get plenty of sleep. And yes I have loose skin. Especially on my legs and my arms. But I try not to let it bother me. I actually prefer it to be loose instead of all filled with fat like it was before.

And I do have a blog where I post stuff, but right now I have been really busy so all I have time for is posting my weekly dinner menu along with recipes. Someday I hope to be able to go back to posting tips and stories about my journey.
