Hello, everyone! How are we doing? :) Today was such a happy day for me. As most of you know, I had already reached my personal goal weight of 136 lbs at the end of October. Then I had a delicious 3000 calorie meal on Thanksgiving, but my overeating did not hurt me, because I was under my goal weight. My doctor warned me not to go below 130 lbs and I promised him I wouldn't. I have been good and have even been having a 60 calorie "no sugar added" hot cocoa drink mix between lunch and dinner on most days, just to be sure that I keep my calories up there. When I burn too many calories in my walking, I need to add calories into my diet. :) Today I was amazed to weigh in at 130 lbs, the exact weight when I got married. WooHoo! I had my hot cocoa today. It is exciting to say that I have been invited to a restaurant dinner three days from now, and a special brunch on New Year's Eve, so I am not worried about going below 130 lbs. :) Thinking about all of you and wishing everyone a Happy New Year.
