Oh, there's a noticeable difference! Great work! I think we just have a difficult time seeing changes in ourselves because our expectations are almost always bigger for ourselves than for others.

Shaving may have created a bit of an illusion, but I think previous commenters are right- I can see change in your chin, and chest/abdomen. I can also see more of a divot in your arm/elbow area- from muscle.

Definitely look slimmer. Depending on the training regimen it's possibly fat loss and retaining muscle. That's what happens to me if the scale isn't moving quickly or drastically it's recompositioning. Just a thought. Great work.
