today has been a hard day for me i feel that i have completely lost hope. i skipped breakfast today but for lunch i had 2 sandwiches from Mcdonalds and a small sprite to drink, i feel totally fat after that. i went to work on the tread climber for about 15 minutes and i danced after that a bit of hip hop and a bit of salsa combined and now i feel completely hopeless like i want to give up

Don't give up - just pick up the pieces and start again. It's worth it.

DONT GIVE UP. This is a 1 DAY relapse. We have all don't it. Tomorrow is a new day.

Put it behind you and get back on track. One or two off plan meals does not mean you have failed. You can do it!

like after eating both sandwiches i tried to work out but then i just hit a crash and suddenly didnt want to work out its like im always motivated to work out

I blew it the other day with Lorna Doone cookies why I thought I could just eat 4 was an unrealistic ideal LOL hang in there you can do it. Do not get down on yourself just start fresh the following day

One day won't kill you, and one meal won't, either. Get back on track RIGHT NOW. We are all pulling for you. You cannot give up - you will be setting a poor example for the rest of us and we NEED you! Please hang in there and add me as a Buddy if you want to. :)

Yeah what Mrsmole said, whatever you do just do Not give up. We are all here for you and are behind you 100%, so when you have days like this, we can support you and give you strength.

Don't give up we are here for you. We have all been where you are right now so just keep taking that next step and please don't skip breakfast that is the most important meal of the day.

NO giving up !!!! A minor setback today. Own it and make tomorrow better. Where will you be in 6 months or a year if you give up? You have just gotten started and are still learning what to do with your chosen plan. Weight loss and healthy living is a learned existence and doesn't happen overnight. We are here for you !!!

It's ok. Tomorrow will be better!!! I have eaten so healthy and great all week but am ashamed to say what I had for lunch today.

Tell yourself, one day means nothing. You work your plan every day; you're in it for the long haul. Some days are better than others, but any one day doesn't matter.

Don't you dare give up! Start fresh with the next bite or sip that you take. We all have moments of weakness but we have to keep going. Show yourself (and us) that you can come back stronger than ever. You can do it!

thanks you guys its encouraging to know that i have people behind me all the way. i never wanted to get to the size that i am now its shameful but i know what tools i need to get back my body i desire to have

No one is perfect. We all have these days. The important thing is that you got up and exercised! Seriously...take it one day at a time. :)
