This morning I joined a Zumba class. I did have reservations at first as the instructor could hardly walk! It was great fun and I really enjoyed it. Later when chatting to other ladies, I discovered the tutor to be really good, except she has inflamed knee ligaments at the moment. She did her best, but she couldn't do the footwork, luckily the class was well versed in the moves so I copied them.

Another bonus was the venue as it has a great gym, I wouldn't have found it if I hadn't been told about Zumba on this forum. John's coming with me next week, I'll have my class and he will be on the machines.

Good for you Jen! Zumba is great fun and you will feel and she results! My daughter goes to zumba class every Tuesday and has now got all her mates going as well! I have the DVDs at home and must get round to doing them some time!

That's wonderful Jen! Saw the commercial for Zumba seems like a lot of fun. Need to get the video to do at home. When moving is fun it doesn't seem like exercise until you feel it later. Then we can pat ourselves on the back and say we feel better for having done the workout. Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is great Jen. So glad to hear that hubby wants to join you. Not happening here. Your hospital story was hillarious. I would have had to walk out of there with a bag over my head.lol Have a great day.:)

I can laugh now, but the staff at the hospital were so kind. I just hope nobody recorded my antics and put it on youtube!
