How do you decide when you are going to weigh in and record. Just random or weekly? Some only put the losses but you put it all- just not daily so I was wondering. Good job, BTW!! I hope you go a long time without getting sick! You're so close!

I read a study that people who weighed every day lost weight better, so that's what I do first thing in the morning, before I eat.

Thank you DP, Shirfleur, Ashley and D🤗☺️ If my weight is the same or up a few oz I just don’t feel the need to log it. I was getting obsessed with the scale and getting on like 4 times a day. I love logging a drop but also show my gains because it’s real. Especially around the time I’m on steroids. It shows how excessive the gain can be. I guess I’m random lol. Fingers crossed 🤞 DP!! I stay wearing a mask at work.

Nice drop! I only weight myself in the morning so the outcome will be consistent. After I pee before I get dressed 😄
