"Idiot Box" is creeping down. I have been eating less - there was a tragic death in my family yesterday. I am going home to Boston to be with my brother. I do not think he will get over losing his son.

I hope to be on FS so I can track myself and stay in my routine as much as I am able. The emotionality of this visit will be incredible!

Every day, tell the people in your life that you love them.

Still grateful for:

- The people I love who love me back!
- The good health of my loved ones
- My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue
- "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today

I am so very sorry for your loss, & will keep you all in my thoughts & prayers. Your brother is lucky to have you with him during this tough time. Losing a child is the toughest loss to bear. Take care of yourself & know that we are here for you. Xoxox

My condolences to you and your brother. I do sometimes wish I had told my grandma that I loved her more often than I did, but I try to concentrate on all the good times we had together and the times I did tell her how I felt. There just can never be enough times to fully express the love. It must be so much harder to lose a child, I can't even imagine.

i am soo sorry.my husband lost his son a couple years ago.it does get a little easier.my thougts are with your family.
