What a CRAZY two weeks of eating. I think I have ate everything and its mother! Back on Medifast 100% no cheats starting tomorrow...also back at work...blah blah blah. I have to recomit to the diet like never before. I am actually feeling pretty good about restarting the diet as I have cheated enough for several people...lol...but I don't think I will crave anything since I have stuffed myself beyond the limits of my stomach for the last 3 days....ugh....

Anyway, tomorrow I will be back on Medifast completely and will embrace the headache and ups and downs of restarting the diet to get back into going down....anyway...I may not weigh myself for atleast 2 weeks as I am afraid that my scale will give and "E" while one leg is stepping on it.

(not really...it goes up to 400...lol...but I'm just saying)

I think that's a great idea to stay off the scale for two weeks. And not just the lack of recording, but not seeing "the damage" at all. So, when you've been on 100% for two weeks you will see the amazing fruits of your labor! :)

I agree w/ buddy, Mel--a gain could only be depressing and you are committing to your diet 100% again, now move on starting today :) Keep it up, Lovergirl!

You have done so good over the past several months. You must feel great with your loss and even better when others recognize it. Keep thinking about that goal, before you know it you will have achieved it. Great job!!!

sometimes a messup is a great way to get your focus back...an to motivate you to try harder...focus an get back into that healthy lifestyle...
