OMG - new challenge - I need to find the recipes! Biscuits and gravy - haven't even thought of these in a long time... Mmm mmm mmm  

@darins I wrote down the calories for the sausage and biscuits, not sure about the gravy, but it's drippings, whipping cream, and xtham gum.

Thx for posting the recipe link. Do you know how many carbs per biscuit? I couldn't find the carb count on the site.

Mjgh06, you can also put the recipe in your cookbook manually so you have an exact count via the items you use. the show servings and save it. you can use this in your food log via the recipe. I do this with my fat bomb's. saves a lot of time for me
