errrggh...

Done with the 38 hour water fast. FatSecret will not let me enter my new weight for some reason. System issues again I guess. I am down to 189.4# (85.9kg). Will try again later.. Busy morning today. My girls just completed their Beginner Pilot Training program and the Grad ceremony is this morning. I am also going to try to get in another work out in the gym before lunch. Hoping this time around I won't just lose the weight but tone up my stomach muscles (or lack thereof)..

There is a popup that is trying to say "you are loosing weight too fast!" In the Google Chrome web browser there is a bug, so it goes away without saving. Use Internet Explorer or Firefox, or the phone app.

You the man @adefwebserver. Thx! I saw the pop up and was chasing it for the last 10 mins trying to catch the okay...lol Switched to Edge and entry allowed...

Wow, great job , 38 hours! I can only make it about 24 if I push, I can't sleep hungry.
