Oh boy, it was a birthday weekend. My youngest turned two on Valentine's day and well pretty much stretched it into a four day affair (14-17) but that happens with having a large and extended family, no one can ever get together at the same time. Either way there was plenty of sweets and I did have one cupcake. Yes I did risk not feeling well for eating it but it was my choice and oh man carbs are exactly how I remember...LOL

All that celebrating and only one cupcake? Yay You! Better to give in to small temptations than cave under massive pressure and eat an amount that would impress Paul Bunyan. Carbs are nice....mmmmm....ok....now get control... :)
