I did it!!!! I busted my plateau with a 3.4 loss at my meeting tonight!!!! YYIIPPPIIEE!!!
I also became a life-time member of WW :o)! That was pretty cool too!
This is what I did...I drank insane amounts of water...I also purchased 5 lbs hand weights (to take the place of the 3 lbs I was using) and I put 3 lb ankle weights on...Now...If that's isn't an extreme work out when I do my walking video, I don't know what is. It must have helped as it's my first REAL loss in a long long long (you get the idea) time!!!
Tell me how you all are doing...I really want to hear! Hugs to ya for a super day!! (ME doing a happy dance here) :o)

Woohoo, Sibby... I'm so thrilled for you!! That is absolutely fabulous - but you sure earned losing those lbs with all that extra weight you were carrying around with you working out. I put my weights on my wrists today doing one of my workouts... boy was I tired afterwards, so I can only imagine what it must have been like with having them on your ankles too. But great work, so CONGRATULATIONS! ;o)

Thank you everyone! I must say I could not and CAN NOT do this without all of you! You all have helped me SO much with your words and inspiration! Believe me I've thought about the whole lot of ya when I 'packed on' these weights during my work outs! Hugs to y'all!!
