a pound a week is 52 pounds a year! You are losing it the right way to KEEP IT OFF!!! Great job!

You are doing great! sometimes we can't measure our success on the scale. It can also be measure in our improved health, endurance (you got it there for sure1), and muscle (which burns calories while we sleep.. who could ask for more!). My chart looks like yours, slow and steady will still get you there and you know that the pounds you have lost will STAY OFF! That 160 will show up before you realize it!
