been 9 days since i weighed in..so thought id check it out after my workout today..i was surprised to see it down 2 more pounds..i thought mabye it was as my sweats have been saggin at the waist..need to tie em alittle bit tighter i guess..lol..an it was really cold yesterday an i wore a pair of sweats inside my 46 jeans, and that tells me everything is gettin bigger on me..onward and downward...

Wooohooo! Clothes are the best indicators of how we are doing. The best feeling is when you can take your jeans off without undoing them! Hehehehe. Congrats on getting some tangible proof of how well you are doing!

lol, i love that, clothes don't lie!!! especially when i feel my husband is just to try to make me feel better! LOL

Congrats on the weight loss! You work hard for it! Loose clothes are fun! Yesterday I wore a coat I bought last winter to the gym. I could practically wrap it around myself twice! It was good since I was feeling like a fatty at the time. The weight is coming off so slowly now that I am getting a bit discouraged.

thanks evryone for the comments..just some days you can tell your loosing the weight, but at the same time when you think your loosin, the scales dont always agree..lol.. but today they did..
