Today's work out was pretty good. I sweat real easily now...thats always a good thing!!
I've stuck to my diet all day! I'm starving right now, but thankfully I have braces and today I got them tightened! That means even if I wanted to cheat...I couldn't. On a crappier note, my teeth are killing me!
TODAY WAS A BIG PLUS! I lost two more pounds! 141!!!! WOOO HOOO!!! Working out an extra half hour in the gym has definently helped! We're working out at an hour and a half a day...seems like FOREVER, but obviously I'm getting fantastic results!
AnyhOOters, I'm off to make some mexican soup!! SOOOO GOOD! If anyone wants the recipe let me know...it's carb free!! ;)

Holy Smoly! You're kickin' my butt, girl! GOOD JOB! Yup, still STUCK on the stinkin' plateau but I'm not gonna WI until Saturday for the challenge...we'll see you on the track, sis'ta!! ;O)

Lisa, you are kickin' butt on the pounds! You might be whining in the gym, but I notice you sure aren't whining OUTSIDE of the gym! LOL but Yep, I agree...the mexican soup is WONDERFUL! I have had it for 2 nights in a row now! it feels like "cheater" food! I buy the fat free restuarant chips to serve with the meal for a real "mexican food feeling"

your chart is lookin greatttt!!! all that hard work is tough when your doing it, but the long term of it, you get a healthy body in return..and thats what its all about...feelin good, lookin good, being healthy..keep up the hard work its payin off im sure...lol
