The finish line is in sight.

Looking forward to seeing what goal feels like.

I had to go buy a couple pairs of new jeans. I started in a 24 and the pairs I bought are a size 10! Beyond thrilled with the results.

The changes I am making are for a lifetime. I cannot hit goal and then go back to my old way of eating.

This is satisfying and sustainable. I can eat anything I want in moderation. Nothing is forbidden and accountability sure helps.

For anyone that is struggling, stick with it. I was almost 250# when I started. If I can do it, you can too!

Sherilynn...we started this jouney years ago...about the same time, weighing about the same starting weight...the lowest I got to was last summer at 171lbs...I felt great...so I started back to old habits...back up to 215lbs...I could just cry..need someone to talk with to help encourage me..not sure how to private msg u
