Very slow going. Was out of town playing and eating and drinking last week. Next week I am going to Sundance. I promise I will do better next month!

Just fighting to undo the damage from these trips. Proud that I am actually undoing it!

just think back to where you first started at..you have came so far..you kno you can do it once you decide that its time to get bck on board and back on track again...
