plan to get back into daily exercise this week and cut out the naughty choc habit thats crept in. only 2 out of 7 for night snacks this week, although it was small amounts of choc, it still not gd enough!
all results from surg back now and seen specialist and all absolutely clear. wounds all but healed so exercise....here i come!! hope youre all having a great and healthy week.

Congrats on surgery results!!! You will feel so much better now and exercising will feel really good after not being able to do it. You did so well maintaining through all of this! You deserve a real pat on the back. Have a fantastic week!

Thanks for your welcome back. Hey, look at you too, excellent chart, so it's great to see you doing so well. Thanks for the challenge invite... I've joined and am now on blue team with you... yay! I've also signed up for the 15lbs Summer Slimdown challenge for 12 weeks, so hopefully both of these will help keep me on track! You keep up the great work though hun and look after yourself.
