I am back after a summer of not so clean eating or exercising,,, yoga or piyo in the am for 15 mins ; 2 miles working back up to back to 3 miles in the pm after work! No food after 7:30 pm, nothing before 8:30 am, following my healthy kidney diet: low to no meat, lots of the allowed veggies, allowed fruits, plain greek yogurt (just add a berry or fruit)...jello...that's it Til I see and feel a change :)
