TGIF!!!! yes, we made it another week!! Can I just say, I am a tired! This week has been a race and I feel a little lagging. I think it's b/c I took my one night off this week and went roller skating instead of being chill..but oh well, I had fun and it was good exercise!!!and I will survive, I'll get all cozy tonight and get my sleep on!

Tomorrow is a birthday party for my niece, and it's a pizza party...eeeeek. But I think maybe tonight or tomorrow morning, I will experiment with a flatter MIM and add cheese, mushrooms and olives and see if it works out and of course, never leave home without water! I will be just fine..

I've attached a link for a recipe for pizza from Linda's Low Carb Recipes. The crust is made from cheese and eggs. It is really, really easy and very good. When it is done the crust looks like regular pizza crust and is very good. You would never guess that it is made out of cheese. http://genaw.com/lowcarb/thinandcrispy_pizza.html

Let let those temptation get the best of you. You are doing so well nothing is worth it. And eat before you go that way you will be less inclined to break your streak.

Well it doesn't look like the whole link showed up but if you go to Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes, look under Recipes, Main Dishes, Pork, and then scroll down to pizzas. There are several pizza recipes there but the one I am talking about is called Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust. I wanted to tell you all this because I had a hard time finding the pizza recipes. It didn't dawn on my they would be under pork. Hope you like.

nino66- Thank you so much!! I am so trying that tonight!!! kmartin- Not a problem honey, I am not really a cake eater to begin with so that's not an issue and well with dozens of sweet little kids (filthy hnds from playing outside) hands on the pizza I won't even think twice about it. I really really do love kids, but my niece and nephews could give pigpen a run for the title at times. lol!!
