Great result given that I had a bit of a binge weekend last weekend - well a "healthy" binge - but lots of oats and diet chocolate drinks etc, which I don´t normally have. Haven´t had such a strong craving in a while. But I´m beginning to think that my body was telling me that it did need some more fuel. Certainly, it has gone well this week. And I didn´t go off the diet as such - no chocolates, biscuits, icecream, etc.
