Mc Lovin' my Weigh-In ! (can't really DO Mc D's but I love the slogan :) 3lb LOSS YAY! In total of 31 lbs LOST :)
Really feel front thigh muscles were worked yesterday from walk in the deep snow--I kept thinking about Rocky when he had the match w/ the Russian and did his training in the snow :) Da da dahhhh da da dahhhh
(the Rocky theme kept popping into my head :)
Upped my weights for biceps and feel those puppies too--pretty soon Imma have pythons for arms hahaha

Snow really can be kinda fun, ha? I used to go on skies for hours and hours back when I was a teenager living in the country that gets real winter, as opposed to here, where I have to drive up the Sierras to get some snow. Not complaining, really, I did have my fill of it growing up. LOL I listened to your advice and decided to suck it up and weigh in. It wasn't pretty, but it's over now. You mentioned a kitty you rescued, I'm just curious what happen to it? Did he live, you keep him or gave him away?

I really enjoy the four seasons- except ice! Ready for Spring though!
Proud of you for being so brave with your weigh-in :) We had to call animal control to get him cuz he was hissing and so scared and in pain--we were taking our Aussie to the park so he was in the car(he HATES cats!)So we kept him as comfortable as possible til they got there and sadly he was put to sleep due to his injuries :( Hopefully he is in kitty heaven :)

Too bad about the kitty. But I'm sure he's better off being put down humanely than being run over by a car after car. I know what you mean about ice. I remember back in the home country you'd acquire this wide waddling walk for the winter just to stay upright. Kind of funny, but not exactly comfortable.

wow! You are amazing chick! You keep that momentum going. I cannot stand the snow, and I dont got outside even for a second when it snows. lol. You have a great day too buddy, will record my weigh in this evening. Hope I will be prancing down victory alley along with you.
