I really blew my healthy eating on my overnight trip and expected a gain when I got on the scale this morning but was pleasantly surprised to see I had lost 1/2 pound! Now to try to have a good weekend so I can have a loss when I step on the scale at WW on Monday.

I was proud of myself for getting up at 5am to drive in for the 6am spin class. Then was disappointed to find out that they have dropped the class! But it was okay, I spun on my own for 30 minutes and did some weights and walked on the track.

Good to see you last night! So fun to see melissa and nick so happy. Also fun to be seated by Sebastion. Nothing like a baby to make you feel better. You looked good last night and had a good week despite your bus trip. I hope you did better than I did last night! I did enjoy having a full belly before going to bed last night and think I slept better. Thanks for the kind words about Sam. Thank Charlie too. It helps to talk to people who under stand how much a pet means to us.
